The European Commission will host a Donors’ Conference in Brussels on 16 July to continue its help with the aftermath of the devastating floods in the Western Balkans and mobilise further support to Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina to deal with the consequences of this natural disaster. The conference will be co-organised with France and Slovenia.

The Head of EU Delegation to Serbia Michael Davenport hailed Serbian Parliament’s decision to back military and police participation in international missions, including several led by European union, saying the EU and Serbia were stepping up cooperation in peacekeeping missions worldwide.
Mayors and public utility companies’ (PUC) directors from Kruševac, Vranje and Užice signed the implementation agreement on “Water supply and wastewater treatment in mid-sized municipalities in Serbia” project worth EUR60 million with the EU providing grants amounting nearly a quarter of total funds.
