EU joins ’16-days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence’ international campaign

European Union strongly strongly condemn all forms of violence against women and girls and until Human Rights Day on December 10, it will join the call for action of the ’16-days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence’ international campaign of the UN Secretary General and will raise awareness on the issue, said Federica Mogherini, the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Věra Jourová, Commissioner for Justice, Consumers and Gender Equality and Neven Mimica, Commissioner for International Cooperation and Development in a joint statement.

EU-funded new web portal helps students find course for any of 24 official European languages

Students looking for a language course in any language taught in Europe can now check the first platform that lists language learning opportunities for all 24 official European languages. Within StudyPortals, an international study choice platform helping students worldwide to find and compare their ideal education in Europe, the newest EU project aimed at helping people finding available options to learn a new language or improve the one they already have started learning, resulted in Language Learning Portal.
