Commission unveils first EU Anti-Corruption Report

Member States have taken many initiatives in recent years, but the results are uneven and more should be done to prevent and punish corruption. These are some of the conclusions from the first ever EU Anti-Corruption Report published today by the European Commission. (76%) of Europeans think that corruption is widespread and more than half (56%) think that the level of corruption in their country has increased over the past three years.

Majority of Serbia`s citizens are in favour of the EU membership

Around 51 percent of Serbia`s citizens would vote in favour of Serbia`s accession to the Union. Great number of citizens, 68 percent, believes that the reforms necessary for accession of our country to the EU should be carried out even if they were not condition for membership, but for benefit of citizens themselves.
