What’s new in the 2015 enlargement package?
The European Commission has made a number of changes to this year’s enlargement package, compared to previous years. First, unlike in previous years when a new strategy paper was adopted each year, the Commission has adopted an overarching strategy on enlargement policy covering the period of its mandate.
Key findings of the 2015 report on Serbia
The report on Serbia is part of the 2015 enlargement package adopted today by the European Commission. Major steps were taken in the accession negotiations with Serbia. The analytical examination of the acquis (screening), was completed in March 2015.
