Head of Cooperation of the European Union Delegation to the Republic of Serbia Holger Schroeder and Head of Operations III of the EU Delegation Richard Maša met today with leaders of Novi Pazar and Sjenica to talk about development projects funded by European Union, Swiss Government and the Government of the Republic of Serbia through European PROGRES programme.

On 8 September, Head of Cooperation of the EU Delegation to Serbia Holger Schroeder and Head of Operations III Richard Maša toured the construction site where a new facility for Bujanovac department of Faculty of Economics in Subotica is being built. The construction is funded by the EU with contributions from Swiss and Serbian governments through development programme European PROGRES.
On Wednesday, 9 September, Head of Cooperation at EU Delegation to Serbia Holger Schroeder, Deputy Mayor of Vranje Dragoljub Stevanovic and representatives of Arbeiter Samariter Bund (ASB) will tour newly constructed houses for refugees of the collective centre Rasadnik in Vranje.
Project Creation of a Monitoring, Reporting and Verifying System for Successful Implementation of EU Emissions Trading System was presented in Belgrade, aimed at harmonisation of Serbian legislation with the EU and continuous monitoring of greenhouse gas emissions stemming from industrial and power plants.
